Where and how do I pick up the Festival Pass?

Collect your Festival Pass at the Vega Scene ticket desk prior to your first screening. Show your confirmation email, and you will obtain a MIRAGE wristband. Please note! You still need to redeem tickets, priced at 0 kr, to reserve a seat and gain access to the screenings, events, and talks. Show your MIRAGE wristband and ticket to the usher upon entrance.

How do I redeem single tickets online with a Festival Pass?

Choose your screening time on our website or the Vega website. Select Festival Pass. Please note, only one ticket is allowed per Pass. Enter your Pass number in the ‘Kortnummer’ field and your PIN in the ‘PIN-kode’ field. Provide your mobile number, name, and email address to complete your purchase. You will receive a confirmation via email and SMS with a link to your ticket. Present this ticket along with your MIRAGE wristband to the usher at the entrance. Quick tip— If you have a long list of films and want to avoid repeating the purchase process for each one, it is easier to visit the Vega Scene ticket desk and collect all your tickets there.

Go to the Vega Scene ticket desk and present your Festival Pass number and PIN to collect your tickets. Show your ticket and MIRAGE wristband to enter the screenings, events, and talks. The ticket desk is open one hour before the first MIRAGE screening Monday through Friday, and from 12:00 to 21:00 on weekends. After 21:00, you can get tickets from the snack bar or from Vega hosts.

What is included in the Professionals Accreditation?

For industry professionals, get your Professionals Accreditation online on either the Tickets Page or on the Professionals Page, and get full access to the industry program, all films, the Opening Night, experiences, talks and afterparties. The Opening Conference and Industry program will take place at Vega Salongen.

Single Ticket Info • Seating Plan • Ticket Refunds

You can buy single tickets online or directly at Vega Scene. Students must present their Student ID along with their ticket when entering the screening room. Seating is unassigned, so feel free to choose your spot in the screening room. Arrive early to secure a great seat! Refunds are only given if a screening is canceled.
