How to redeem tickets with a festival pass/accreditation at Vega Scene:
If you've already obtained your festival pass and wristband and wish to exchange them for tickets to the screenings, please visit the information desk at Vega Scene. There, you can inform one of our cinema hosts about the specific screenings you plan to attend, and you will receive a physical ticket after presenting them with your festival pass number and the PIN you received with it. This ticket will serve as your admission pass and must be presented before entering the screening room for the featured films. The ticket counter is staffed from one hour before the first screening Monday to Friday and from 12:00 to 21:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. After 21:00, tickets can be purchased from the snack bar or from the hosts at Vega.
How to obtain your festival wrist band
All festival pass owners can collect their significant wrist bands in the information desk at Vega Scene. You still have to redeem tickets for the price of 0,- to reserve a seat. Please note that you must collect a festival wrist band prior to your first screening, and that the wrist band must be shown to the usher together with your ticket upon entering the screening room. All you need to do in order to obtain your wrist band is to show your conformation email at the information desk at Vega Scene.
How to redeem tickets with a festival pass/accreditation online:
You can either redeem your tickets at the info desk at Vega Scene or online. To redeem online: Select a screening on our website or at Vega Scene | Choose the ticket category that corresponds to your festival pass/accreditation and the number of tickets (only one ticket per festival pass). | In the "kupong” field, enter your card number. | In the "PIN code" field, enter your PIN code. | Enter your mobile number, name, and email address. | Complete the transaction. | You will receive an SMS with a link to a mobile ticket for the screening. This must be shown at the entrance to the screening room along with the festival wristband.
Seats
The seats are unnumbered, which means you are free to choose where you want to sit in the screening room. Arrive early to secure yourself a good seat.
Ticket refunds and exchanges
Refunds are only given in cases where a screening is cancelled.

You can buy single tickets online or directly at Vega Scene. Students need to present their student ID alongside their ticket when entering the screening room.
What is included in the festival pass?
The festival pass is personal and grants access to all regular screenings at the festival, masterclasses, concerts 20% discount on coffee at Coffee and Cigarettes and a nice price at Papa Borracho as well as discounted tickets for the theatre. Tickets must be redeemed in advance for each screening, and a festival wristband must be presented along with the ticket for entry to the screening room. The wristband can be obtained at MIRAGE's information desk at Vega Scene the first time you attend the festival. Remember to bring your ID. Please note that screenings may be sold out. MIRAGE professionals/accreditation provides access to industry events at Vega, as well as the entire film program.
