Session of mindfulness in movement and creative expression.
Everyone is welcome. You dont have to have any previous experience of dance, movement mindfulness or conscious leadership practices. Dress comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.
During Dancefullness LAB - session participants will experience the following :
5rhythms - dynamic movement practice - a practice of being in your body - that ignites creativity, connection and community. While a seemingly simple process, the 5Rhythms practice facilitates deep and unending explorations, moving the dancer beyond self-imposed limitations and isolation into new depths of creativity and connection.
Awareness through the body exercises - exploring how you connect to yourself, your colleagues, your work, do you like to lead or be lead, and supporting your self and social awareness.
Gaining tools for stress relief, self care and creative recharging for your everyday life.
